Product Review: Renpure Coconut Whipped Creme Leave-in Conditioner

While taking my weekly trip to T.J. Maxx to look at things that I knew I wasn’t going to buy, I came across Renpure. Suddenly, it hit me that I needed to get myself a good leave-in conditioner! I stared at the bottle for a few minutes then proceeded to check out out the others on the shelves in front of me. Not too long after, I decided to go with this one.

Renpure is a family-owned line of hair products. Based on my research, they source natural ingredients like Lavender, Almond, Coconut, Pomegranate, Mint and Argan oil,  from across the world to put into their products. Their products can be found in-store and online at a few retailers such as: Target, Walmart, CVS, ULTA Beauty, T.J. Maxx and a few others. Many people view this brand as the low-cost, affordable competition to the high-end “WEN” by Chaz Dean.

MY EXPERIENCE

First things first. I must say that this leave-in conditioner provides amazing slip. Not only can my fingers go right through my strands, but it smells beautifully. After leaving my hair to  50% air-dry, my curls begin to gain some definition, especially the trouble area in the middle of my head that refuses to curl most times. At that point in the process, I use my Design Essentials Natural Honey Curl Forming Custard to add extra moisture and give more definition to my curls. I should’ve taken a picture to show you guys, but I stupidly forgot. Next time I’ll be sure to post a picture, so stay tuned!

Even after two days, my curls are still standing tall, but I moisturize everyday… as you should. So, I’d say, if you’re on the market looking for a good leave-in conditioner, try out Renpure.

Xoxo,

Brit
